BOOKING CONFIRMED
Do we have to start with a big team?
No. Most MSPs should not start with a huge team. Usually, it’s better to start with the role that removes the biggest bottleneck first. That might be helpdesk. It might be Tier 2. It might be NOC. It might be monitoring, escalation support, or another technical role. On the call, we’ll look at where your team is stretched and which role makes the most sense to start with.
Will this replace our internal team?
No. That’s not the point. The point is to add managed technical capacity around your internal team so your best people don’t keep getting pulled into work they shouldn’t be doing. Your internal team still owns the standards, the client experience, and the higher-level decisions. LTVplus helps build the managed support layer around them.
Will this create more work for my managers?
It shouldn’t. If your managers have to babysit another team, that’s not managed support. That’s just more work. LTVplus helps with recruiting, training, coaching, QA, performance management, KPIs, SLAs, reporting, and workforce management. Your managers will still be involved, but they should be involved in setting standards and giving feedback — not carrying the whole operation themselves.
How do you learn our tools, clients, and SOPs?
We build the team around the way your MSP already works. That means your tools, your ticketing process, your escalation paths, your client requirements, your SOPs, your KPIs, and your standards. The first step is understanding how your team works today. Then we recruit, train, coach, and manage around that.
What happens if someone doesn’t work out?
That can happen. Even local hires don’t always work out. The important part is that you’re not left alone trying to fix it. We help manage performance, coaching, QA, and replacement if needed. Your team still gives feedback, because you know your product and clients best. But you shouldn’t have to carry the whole performance-management burden by yourself.
What kinds of roles can LTVplus help with?
For MSPs, this can include helpdesk technicians, Tier 2 support, NOC engineers, monitoring analysts, security analysts, escalation support, admin support, QA, team leads, and other technical support roles depending on what your business needs. On the call, we’ll talk through the roles that make sense for your MSP.
Is this random offshore support?
No. Random offshore support is usually where things go wrong. This is not a pile of resumes. It’s not contractors you have to manage. It’s a managed support team built around your MSP, with recruiting, training, coaching, QA, KPIs, SLAs, and management included.
Who is this not a good fit for?
This is probably not a fit if you’re looking for the cheapest possible labor, if you don’t have clear standards, if you don’t want to spend any time helping the team understand your business, or if you need someone to magically fix a broken operation without your involvement. It’s a better fit if you want a managed technical support team that can be trained around your tools, clients, systems, and standards.
Is this only for MSPs with 5+ technicians?
That is the main audience for this page. If you have fewer than 5 technicians but you’re growing quickly or have a clear technical support bottleneck, we can still talk. But the best fit is usually an MSP with enough ticket volume, client complexity, and technical work to justify building a managed support team.
